During my recent escape to the Albons, I found a delightful equilibrium between luxury and value. Nestled in the breathtaking landscapes of Empordà, the hotel's spacious rooms feature a lush view complemented by a pleasant balcony. The parquet flooring exudes a modern charm, while the design ensures ample sunlight fills the space. The standout for me was the serene pool area, bordering a garden that offers stunning countryside vistas. Here, amid the olive trees, I could appreciate a touch of nature without sacrificing comfort. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived, and they even extended their kindness to our dog, complete with a cozy bed just for her. Breakfast on the terrace offered not only good food but also another opportunity to indulge in splendid views. For all these highlights, the Albons maintains a level of charm that makes it a noteworthy choice without breaking the bank— certainly a gem amidst many options in the region.
